Powder coating is a category of paint pigments, which has the characteristics of energy saving, resource saving, low pollution and energy. Pigment manufacturers

Liquid paints all use volatiles such as solvents as solvents. During transportation, circulation, and construction to form films, these solvents will volatilize, especially when the paint pigment Z finally forms a coating film, the solvent is almost volatilized. The content of these solvents generally accounts for 40%-60% of the total coating, which is considerable. During the production, transportation and construction of liquid coatings, the volatilization of the solvent will cause serious pollution to the atmosphere or water, and bring harm to operators. If stored and handled improperly, it is easy to cause fire. It is also very difficult to treat external waste liquid. Any solvent of powder coating is a solid coating. Its manufacture, transportation and construction avoid the possible harm caused by printing solvents.

The construction of liquid paint and pigment requires more complicated multi-step processes such as scraping putty, spraying primer, water grinding, and spraying topcoat. The coating of powder coatings only needs 3-4 processes such as spraying, curing, cooling, etc., and a film is formed at one time, which greatly simplifies the coating process, and the product can be produced on the same day. In electrostatic coating of powder coatings, automatic production can be formed by configuring automatic coating machinery and recycling system, thus introducing energy and resources and improving production efficiency.

Powder coatings can be produced by using resins that are insoluble in solvents at room temperature, or polymer resins that are not easily dissolved and liquefied, and have various functional coatings. In addition, no solvent is added and released when the powder coating is manufactured or formed into a coating film, and pinholes penetrating through the coating film are not easily formed, and a dense coating film can be obtained. Powder coatings are more durable than liquid coatings.
